Leavers ... Melbourne!!!
Day1; Sunday 23rd December.

Night flight.
Me, Sonam and Pauline. Waiting for the plane.


I can see that I'm tired. LOL.


but ehhhh. waited and waited.
Our flight was delayed for 2 hours... due to faulty air cons.
they nearly cancel the flight :/



Played cards to kill time.


One guy came and sat beside us.
He said konichiwa and he asked us to teach him Japanese =_=
heh, we dont look like Japanese.

Day 2; Monday 24th December

Melbourne is 3 hours faster than SG time. [2 hours + 1 hour day light saving]
So we reached Melbourne at 7plus.

Took the 20mins express "skybus" to the city train station.


Then we walked to our hotel. a 5 mins walk I think?
We cant check in yet... check in time is 1pm in All Seasons Kingsgate Hotel.
Left our luggage at the luggage storage area.

We decided to have our breakfast/lunch... bento lunch special.
hen hao chi leh! plus not expensive. AUD$9.50. [perth will cost more?]


OH YAAA, Melbourne weather is very unpredictable.
It was soooooo cold on Monday. The sky was very cloudy.


Planned to find Melbourne Central... but we found Chinatown instead. haha.

Melbourne's Chinatown is much much much bigger than Perth's.
Expored chinatown and then we went back to our hotel to check in.

Rest for awhile & we decided to go shopping.
hey heyyyyyyy... Sonam is a shopping queen!

Had to read the map to find Melbourne Central.
After a long walk, we finally found Melbourne Central!


Cool 42inch? touch screen directory!


Supre is bigger than perth. Cotton on is bigger than perth.
hmmm, more varieties than perth but prices are about the same.


Day 3; Tuesday 25th December

Surprise suprise... The weather was good!

Pauline went out with her friend.
Me and Sonam went to Queen Victoria's Market.
A hugeeeeee market. [something like pasar malam]




Huge fruits and veg market. Much bigger than Wanneroo Market!


I tried Indian food... not bad not bad. haha.


Anyway, I'm not used to walk so fast now. hahaha.
Walking at Perth's speed... Not Melbourne's speed... We were too slow.
So me and Sonam were honked by cars when we crossed the roads. haha.



Look at that bumble bee tram! so cool! They have many many trams there.



Day 4; Wednesday 26th December

We went to Melbourne Aquarium!

Lunch-ed at the aquarium cafe... chicken nuggets and chips.

I'm typing this with one hand plus 2 fingers.
WHYYYYYY? cos I flew out from my bike. LOL.

On Tuesday, I decided to be a nice nice nice sister :)
Brought Jamie to the park to cycle.
I was cycling down this slope and of courseeeee, i screamed.
"MUMMY! SO SCARYYYYYY. HELP ME~~~~~~!!!" haha!

It was fine once my bike reached the flat ground.
But my mum didnt know so she tried to stop my bike by grabbing it.
Ended up, it shook my bike and I flew out of it~~~~ landed on my helmet.
My helmet saved me! phewwwwww~
It bounced me off and I landed on my left...
fingers reached the ground first :X
several cuts... cant clench my fist now. will be alright soon i hope. haha.

My mentor teacher sent out letters to her mentor class people.
She sent us our mentor class pic on graduation night. how nice of her!



Friday. Sonam & I went to Pauline's house to plan our leavers hols.
there's 2 dogs and one cat in her house. haha. big house, big house.
We went to Mindarie Marina for lunch.
Lasange with chips. Wanted to tempt my sis. LOL.


I reckon Nat and her sis is on the plane to Malaysia now.
have a safe trip! see ya soon.

I'm going to Melbourne sooooon !!!
My dad will be driving the of us three to the airport.
I will be back on Sunday evening :D

No need to study subjects that I dont like anymore. haha!

... especially Accounting! It was so wordy.
It confused all of us with pages full of words instead of $$ figures.
Haha. Results will be out on 23rd of December! soon soon :X

anyway, this week was the last week of school for me & my sch year12 people.
super slack week. decided to not go to school on tuesday. hahas.
wednesday + thursday lessons = playing games / talking.

So workers came and took down the old fence but the wind was too strong...

ME -> disaster looking in sch u. haha! cant be bothered to wet my hair in the morning.
wet then my hair will be straight and thinner. haha.

Got back my mocks results and overalls. [TEE papers 50%, sch work 50%]

Accounting: 74%.... overall 78%
Applicable maths: 64%... overall 69%
Calculus: 20%... overall 35% [very zi bei... compare with my class people]
Chemistry: 51%... overall 57%
English: 52%... overall 60%
Physics: 47%... overall 49%
[sobsob, i could have pass physics overall if i checked my paper carefully]
-4 marks cos I didnt change some answers into scientific notation & significant figures.
tsk tsk tsk, im so careless. hahahaha. overall 50% = C grade. 49% = D grade!

aiya, but nevermind. TER only need best four subjects nia.
after scaling, I reckon my estimated TER should be around 84 to 86.
hahahahahaha, if i take the physical science TEE paper, my TER might be higher.
ehhhh, but i wanna get into CURTIN uni... my dad wants me to get into UWA.
TER 85 and above, i will get into UWA. Below 85, i will get into CURTIN.
wahhh, hen fan leh.

next week = last week of school for year 12 TEE students.
might pon tuesday or thursday.

MOCK PAPERS/EXAMS: 4 down, 2 to go!

Tuesday: Accounting Paper.
LOL. I got the timing mixed up the night before. it's 8.25AM, not 9AM.
Phew~ I checked my sch organiser... If not I will be late. haha.
9AM is for the actual TEE papers in november.
Accounting paper was not tough BUT there are too many questions to do.
3 hours = not enough time for all of us to complete THIS paper.
I didnt complete the paper. The rest didnt manage to complete it too.
Nvm luh, TEE will be better. haha.

Wednesday: Physics Paper.
aimed for 49% to pass physicsssssss~ [for the grad night cert. thingy]
wrote crap in the paper. serious. HAHA.
gimme 49% and i will be happy :D

Thursday: Calculus Paper.
OHMYGOODNESS~ It wasnt that that that tough compare to the midyear paper.
any % higher than 19% is good enough for moi. LOL.
anyway, TER uses best 4 subjects... so i'm not using physics and calculus.
the two subjects that i dont like... but i'm still trying my best =)

oh ya, very paiseh during physics and calculus exams. My stomach kept growling.
so i guan shui [kept drinking water]... after calc paper rushed to toilet with debbie.
debbie said that her friend said that when ur stomach growls during exams,
means that you are thinking very hard... something like that i think. hahaha.

Friday: English Paper.
Definetely easier than the mid year paper. everyone else said so too.
shouldnt mocks be harder? that's what i thought. haha.
For the writing section, I WROTE ABOUT CHRISTOPHER AGAIN!
